Not all hat graphics are created equal. The way a design is applied affects how it looks, how long it lasts, and how premium the cap feels. Here's the difference between the three you'll see most - and why it matters.
Embroidery
Thread stitched directly into the fabric. It has real texture, catches the light, and holds up wash after wash. It's the mark of a quality cap - and what most of our designs use.

Patches
A separate woven or seersucker patch stitched onto the front. Patches allow for bold, multi-color artwork and a fun, retro look - great for statement and western styles.
Heat-press & print
Applied graphics like suede lettering or prints give a smooth, modern finish and let designs go big and detailed.
At Monster Artwork, we choose the method that makes each design look its best. See the craft up close in our Minimal Embroidery and Two-Tone collections.
