Orders
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy seasons, sales events, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we may not be able to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Please review your order details and shipping address carefully before checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer Standard, Express, and Rush shipping options when available.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually arrives within 5–8 business days. Express shipping usually arrives within 2–3 business days, and Rush shipping usually arrives within 1–2 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders over the required minimum purchase amount. Free shipping applies to merchandise subtotal only and does not include taxes or other fees.
Do you ship internationally?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.
Can I return a custom or personalized item?
Custom-made and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or mistake on our part.
Can I return sale or clearance items?
Final sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and assist with a replacement, exchange, or refund when eligible.

Most of our hats are one size fits most with an adjustable snapback, strapback, or buckle closure. Please check each product description for specific fit details.
Are your t-shirts true to size?
Most of our t-shirts are designed with a standard unisex fit. We recommend checking the size chart before ordering for the best fit.
Will the product color look exactly like the photo?
We do our best to show product colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, photography, and production differences.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some popular styles may be restocked, but availability is not guaranteed. We recommend checking back often or signing up for updates when available.

Do you offer custom hats or shirts?
Yes. We offer custom embroidery and printing services for select hats, t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts.
How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders usually require additional production time. Production time may vary depending on the design, item quantity, and order volume.
Can I send my own logo or design?
Yes. You may send your logo or artwork for review. We will check if the file is suitable for embroidery or printing before production.
Can I see a proof before production?
For custom orders, a design proof may be provided for approval before production begins. Production will start after the proof is confirmed.
Can I return a custom order?
Custom orders are final sale because they are made specifically for you. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if there is a defect or production error on our part.
Care Instructions
How should I care for my hat?
We recommend spot cleaning hats with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this may damage the shape, embroidery, patch, or material.
How should I wash my t-shirt?
Wash inside out with cold water and like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. For printed or embroidered designs, avoid ironing directly over the design.
