Shipping Information
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 5-5-8 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.
Free shipping applies to the merchandise subtotal only and does not include taxes or shipping fees.
Order Changes
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we may not be able to change, cancel, or update an order once it has been submitted.
Please review your order and shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing an item, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date with your order number and photos if applicable.
We will do our best to assist you with a replacement, exchange, or refund when eligible.
International Shipping
At this time, shipping rates and delivery times may vary for orders shipped outside of the United States. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on their country’s regulations.
