2. Products and Services

We make every effort to display our products, colors, images, descriptions, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting, fabric type, or production process.

Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Custom Orders

For custom embroidery, printing, or artwork orders, customers are responsible for reviewing all details carefully before approving production. This includes spelling, artwork placement, colors, sizing, design proof, and product style.

Once a custom order has been approved and production has started, changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds may not be accepted.

Monster Artwork is not responsible for mistakes approved by the customer, including spelling errors, incorrect design files, wrong colors, or incorrect product selections.

4. Artwork and Design Files

Customers must have the legal right to use any logos, artwork, images, text, or designs submitted for custom orders.

By submitting artwork to Monster Artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the artwork. Monster Artwork is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property issues related to customer-provided artwork.

We reserve the right to refuse any design that contains offensive, illegal, hateful, harmful, or copyrighted content that the customer does not have permission to use.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice.

Full payment may be required before production begins. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.

In the event of a pricing error, system error, or incorrect product information, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order after notifying the customer.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, production time, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Monster Artwork is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier after the package has been handed over. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Unused, non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange according to our Return Policy.

Custom-made, personalized, embroidered, printed, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Customers must contact us within the required return window to request assistance with any issue.

8. Order Cancellations

Order cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once artwork has been approved and production has started.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide the best available solution, such as replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.

Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after delivery.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, product photos, designs, text, graphics, and branding, belongs to Monster Artwork or its content providers and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, copyright infringement, harmful activity, abuse, harassment, or submitting false information.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we believe these Terms have been violated.

12. Limitation of Liability

Monster Artwork is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, products, or services.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
