Refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging when possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final sale, clearance, custom-made, and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account.
For defective or incorrect items, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
